Trauma informed yoga and art therapy

Group members will participate in art therapy combined with yoga adapted to the unique needs of individuals working to overcome trauma in a safe environment. Combining these two therapies helps participants become more aware of what’s going on in their bodies, release built-up emotions, stress, and tension, and learn to slow down and focus on the present. Participants will feel more connected and balanced.
