Teen Yoga and Art Therapy

Youth (7th grade through 12th grade) will participate in art therapy combined with yoga to develop resiliency and optimism in a safe and nurturing environment. The combination of these two therapies helps participants become more aware of what’s going on in their bodies, release built-up emotions, stress, and tension, and learn to slow down and focus on the present. Participants will feel more connected and balanced. Led by a P.A.L.S. for Healing trauma-informed Yoga Teacher and an Art Therapist.

Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30 pm: March 5, 12 and 19, 2024

*Space is limited. They build upon each other so you will be registering for all three days. $60 for all three thanks to partial sponsorship by Cuyahoga Arts and Culture.
