Explore the magic of PRINTING with the SUN at the Morgan Conservatory during the solar eclipse!
Cyanotype, or “sun prints”, are made by painting a light-sensitive chemical onto paper and then exposing the paper to the sun. By arranging materials on top of the coated paper, the areas of direct contact will remain white or light blue, while the rest of the paper deepens to shades of indigo.
