Healing Arts Workshop | Griever's Book of Days (in person)

In grief, there are many thoughts and emotions that we keep to ourselves. Our brains get really crowded, leading to forgetfulness and confusion. In this workshop, make your own grief journal where you can record your thoughts and feelings.

Guided by a certified art therapist, Healing Arts Workshops provide grieving people with a outlet for their grief. Workshops are open to the community.

Masking is optional for those who are fully vaccinated. If you have not been fully vaccinated, we respectfully ask that you wear a mask. If you are ill or do not feel well, please stay home.

Art materials will be provided during the first session.
