Healing Arts Workshop | Grief Monster (in person)

Do you have a “grief monster” that comes out when you least expect it? Does it embarrass you? Does it scare you? Grief monsters do not like to be ignored. They just want to be acknowledged.

Instead of pushing your grief monster away, make one that you can befriend! (Name and concept used with permission based on articles by Eleanor Haley and Litsa Williams on the grief website “What’s Your Grief?”)

Guided by a Certified Art Therapist, Healing Arts Workshops provide grieving people with a creative outlet for their grief and are open to all who have lost a loved one. No art experience is necessary.
