The Healing Arts provide grieving people with a creative outlet for their grief. Artist Sol LeWitt believed that ideas, not the actual physical product, are the substance of art. We’ll help you make your own Sol LeWitt-inspired work of art!
This is a two-part in-person series.
In the first session, we discuss aspects of grief and healing. The Art Therapist provides supplies and instructions for completing the project on your own. In the second session, participants share their creations, discuss their process, and share stories and memories of their loved ones.
Healing Arts workshops are open to all, and no previous art experience is necessary.
