Teaching Artist – Upper & Lower Strings

Since its beginnings in 1904, Rainey Institute has served countless Greater Cleveland youth. Today, over 2,500 children participate in engaging arts education programming each year. Children of all ages discover and develop their talents after school, on weekends, and over the summer.

The Upper/Lower Strings Teaching Artist will be responsible for providing daily instruction in group settings to beginner and intermediate students. The teaching artist will work closely with the Site Coordinator to plan and facilitate daily lessons that support and advance the goals of the program, and that help to encourage and inspire students on the path of musical and personal growth.
