The Music Program Manager is responsible for operational excellence in the execution and delivery of Music-based programming at Rainey. They serve as the direct supervisor to program coordinators and teaching artists, who work directly with students, and are the first line of support to troubleshoot issues that coordinators/teaching artists have with students or partners. They also are responsible for ensuring program curriculum and evaluation methods are aligned with Rainey Institute’s mission and vision, and that strategic measures and goals are implemented consistently. They will work with the Director of Arts Education to ensure smooth and successful day-to-day operations of onsite programming at Rainey, as well as Music programs delivered by Rainey throughout the community. They manage program budgets and help to coordinate the annual calendar, performances, and other activities related to the organization as a whole.

Salary

Please provide salary range, if applicable: $45,000 – $50,000 annually
