Master British filmmaker Ken Loach, who has won the Cannes Palme d’Or two separate times, has declared that this new feature will be his last.

Written by Loach’s longtime collaborator Paul Laverty, the film is set in a once-thriving mining village in northern England, where the angry, downtrodden residents are trying to hold on to the local pub, their last public gathering space.
