moCa, in partnership with the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival (GCUFF), is proud to welcome Walls of Respect: Norman Parish and the Parish Art Gallery, a film by Susan Ericsson, Norman Parish III, and the Parish Family.

This event will feature the film, as well as an artist Q&A, curated by Bobbi Reagins and Deidre McPherson, that helps attendees to understand the dynamic of the black artist experience at that time and its impact on today’s art & culture scene, especially in the Cleveland community. The event will also feature a full-service bar and other light refreshments.

The Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival is excited to add another level of dynamic video engagement to its competition lineup in 2023 with the launch of our GCUFF Podcast Competition. Our focus is to engage and connect with one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms in the world. Get invaluable, tailored feedback from a panel of esteemed judges representing diverse markets.

The winner of this year’s Pitch Competition will be flown to Washington D.C. (all expenses paid) to have lunch and a discussion with an industry executive for a one-on-one masterclass on what it takes to bring their idea to screens worldwide.
