Mixed Emotions - A Collection of Woodcut Prints by Jennifer Leach

On display in our Hallway Gallery is a collection of Woodcut prints by Jennifer Leach. Jennifer was our 2018 Juried Art exhibit Best in Show winner. This series, Mixed Emotions, is on display for the first time ever in it’s entirety.

Printmaking has been integral to Jennifer’s 25+ year career as a designer and artist. She earned a BFA from Kent State University in Graphic Design and Illustration in 1987 and worked as a designer at several Cleveland graphic design and advertising firms before starting her own printing business.
In 2010 Jennifer received a Post Baccalaureate K-12 Visual Art degree from Cleveland State University. She taught art in a number of Cleveland area school systems including Shaker Heights, Bedford, and Cleveland.

Jennifer is currently focusing on printmaking. Her work has been accepted into juried shows at the Manhattan Graphic Center in NYC, Erie Art Museum, the Butler Institute of American Art, Morgan Conservatory, and the Artists Archives of the Western Reserve. She serves on the Board of the Print Club of Cleveland, is a member of the Artists Archives of the Western Reserve, Zygote Press, and the Morgan Conservatory. She was recently accepted into the Society of American Graphic Artists, a NYC-based artist-run organization exhibiting and supporting print artists since 1915.
