N. Scott Momaday, a writer, teacher, artist and storyteller, has devoted much of his life to safeguarding oral tradition and other aspects of Indian culture. This year, he was honored with the 2018 Anisfield-Wolf Book Award for Lifetime Achievement.
N. Scott Momaday, a writer, teacher, artist and storyteller, has devoted much of his life to safeguarding oral tradition and other aspects of Indian culture. He was born a Kiowa in Oklahoma and grew up in the Indian southwest. He earned a doctorate at Stanford University, joined its faculty, and taught American literature widely, including in Moscow.

If you’re driving, parking is available immediately west of the City Club building in the Euclid Prospect Gateway Garage. The cost is $10.00 before 4:00 pm and $4.00 after 4:00 pm. Special event pricing does apply. If you are at the city club between 11:00 am and 2:30 pm, bring your ticket with you into the City Club and we will validate your ticket to reduce the cost to $3.00.
Discounted valet parking is available at the Metropolitan at the 9 hotel. Bring your ticket in with you to the City Club to receive a discount validation.
