Art Journaling for Wellness (Mental Health Support Group)

NAMI Greater Cleveland’s arts-based monthly support group for adults 18 or older utilizes visual arts to empower individuals with mental illness to work toward recovery. Participants express themselves, fight against stigma, learn about their individual needs, and create positive connections that facilitate healing.

Meets the first Monday of every month.
