The play tells the story of Paulina Salas, her husband Gerardo Escobar, and Dr. Roberto Miranda, all citizens in an unnamed country that is recovering from the after-effects of a violent dictatorship government.
The Death and the Maiden (La Muerte y la Doncella) by Ariel Dorfman (Argentine-Chilean-American novelist, playwright, essayist, academic, and human rights activist) is LatinUs Theater Company first full play.
