The Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA) of Greater Cleveland was formed to serve the continually growing Asian Pacific American community of Northeast Ohio. A nonprofit, nonpartisan civil rights and educational organization, OCA of Greater Cleveland works with other organizations and communities to promote ethnic awareness and cultural diversity.
