Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education (NOCHE) promotes and expands internships and co-ops as a way for college students to gain valuable workplace skills and organizations to increase productivity and develop a talent pipeline. NOCHE also focuses on raising educational attainment so more Northeast Ohio residents earn postsecondary credentials.
