Beck Center for the Arts seeks a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent problem-solver to provide accurate financial data for the management and success of the organization.

The Accounting Manager oversees or performs all accounting and HR functions related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, monthly closing journals, and monthly financial statement preparation and analysis. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will lead the annual audit fieldwork and create various internal and external reports.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic person with high emotional intelligence.  We are looking for an excellent problem solver who is empathetic, inclusive, and passionate about Beck Center’s mission.  A B.S. in Accounting or equivalent work experience is preferred, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, tact, discretion, and diplomacy.  Excellent time management skills are a must. Prefer candidates with non-profit experience.
