CASTO, in partnership with Ohio City Incorporated, is seeking artists for a public art project for the mixed-use development The Dexter, currently under construction at Franklin Circle. There are eight (8) mural opportunities to be completed in early 2021. OCI and CASTO are pleased to launch an RFP for local artists in the Ohio City neighborhood and the broader Cleveland area.
