Join Doan Brook Watershed Partnership and Dr. Roy Larick for an educational hike through 40 natural acres at the head of the Nine Mile Creek estuary.
On this hike, participants will see three historic levels of ravine cutting, a highly evolved beech forest, and a 15-acre invasive-control plot maintained by Enviroscience, Inc.
Terrain is gentle and non-demanding
Hikers will meet at 12522 Lakeshore Blvd., Bratenahl, OH in a garage area across the street from the historic Gwinn estate. Overflow parking will be on Coit Road.
