Participants will:
 Learn the basic principles of stagecraft, including set and properties construction, scenic painting and lighting
 Learn the safe operation of various hand and power tools as they relate to theatre tech
 Help construct the set for Near West Theatre’s summer production of “Spring Awakening”
 Join the production crew for one or more productions between now and April 2019 in
any one of a variety of jobs (including set crew, spotlight operator, props crew, wardrobe
and make-up crew, sound technician).

Sessions run:
June 18th to July 11th, 2018
Mondays and Wednesdays
10:00am to 4:00pm

Ages 15 and up
