City Ballet of Cleveland presents its annual spring repertory concert at The Breen Center for Performing Arts on Saturday, May 12th at 7:00 p.m. The diverse and entertaining program features Act II of Giselle, with guest artists Diana Yohe (alumna of CBC and soloist with PBT) and Joseph Parr from Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Giselle tells the story of a young girl who dies from a broken heart and dances for eternity. This ethereal classic ballet is sure to delight audience members of all ages. City Ballet of Cleveland will also dance a new world premiere by Jeffrey Rockland, works by Courtney Laves-Mearini and Sara Lawrence-Sucato and the children’s classic, Carnival of the Animals.
Presale tickets are $30 for adults, $20 for seniors and $10 for students 17 and under. All pre-sale tickets are available online at www.cityballetofcleveland.org Tickets purchased the day of the show are $35 for adults, $25 for seniors and $15 for students 17 and under.
