Please come and share the creative artistic expressions by adults in recovery from severe mental illness. Our client-artists are proud to display their visual art successes and share their progress in emotional healing.
The Art Helps and Heals Open Art Studio , AHH!, at Far West Center provides art opportunities for adults managing severe mental illness. The AHH! Open Art Studio encourages persons in recovery from mental illness to experiment with art tools and artistic methods that promote mental health, holistic wellness, communication, and self-advocacy. Our Client-artists are happy for the opportunity to display their artwork in a community exhibit. The exhibit will be available for viewing at the ADAMHS Board in Cleveland in the month of May to bring awareness about recovery and reconnecting with the community during Mental Health Awareness Month.
The Art Helps and Heals, AHH!, Program May Exhibit for Mental Health Awareness Month will be featured in the Ohio Room at the ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County. Please call ahead to find out daily viewing times when open to the public. 216-241-3400
