This illuminating solo program features a sonically sensuous Bach suite, then expressive, poetic preludes showcase the cello’s wide variety of colors and techniques. Lush, quirky, and irresistibly rhythmic, Jaguar Songs incorporate the traditional instruments and dance forms of Latin America.
