Open to ages 18+, classes will include Energy Management with Theresa Holland (Masters in Educational Psychology, Part Time faculty at Kent State), Self-myofascial release with Dr. Anna Cerveny, PT, DPT (physical therapist at University Hospitals), Reducing toxins in daily life with Michelle Trotta, Introduction to Reiki & Sound Bath with Cathy Santori (RN and Reiki Master Teacher), and Puppy Yoga Flow with Jessica “DiBa” Bennett (Masters Student Clinical Mental Health Counselor & 200hr RYT yoga teacher) with the puppies of Geauga Mama Dogs & Pups.
