Join Good Company: A Vocal Ensemble for A Joyful Noise, a concert featuring internationally acclaimed and Grammy winning choral composer, René Clausen. Dr. Clausen will guest conduct an eclectic selection of his works including Set Me As a Seal, Jabberwocky, Deep River, What a Wonderful World and others. Dr. René Clausen, emeritus conductor of The Concordia Choir, is known nationally and internationally as a premiere conductor and composer. His many commissioned compositions are frequently performed worldwide. Dr. Clausen has been the Artistic Director of the twice ©Emmy award winning Concordia Christmas Concert, which is frequently broadcast nationally on PBS. In 2018, he was given the Weston Noble Lifetime Achievement Award by the central and north central divisions of the American Choral Directors Association.
