Waterloo Makes Music is a free concert series on Waterloo as a gift to all the music lovers in the community, and a celebration of Cleveland’s amazing musical legacy.

AJ & The Woods are an up-and-coming roots rock band home grown in Ohio. Founded on the sweet nostalgia of delta blues, AJ & The Woods elevates roots rock to a new height. Playing extensively throughout Ohio and the greater region, they took their sound south with a 2018 summer tour through Kentucky, Tennessee, and the Mississippi Delta region. AJ & The Woods has performed as direct support for international acts such as, Chase Rice, and at major music festivals including, Bellwether Music Festival (Waynesville, 2018 & 2019) and Brite Winter (Cleveland, 2018 & 2019). Established in 2015 by singer Alison Tomin and guitarist Joshua Alan Collins, their sultry sound features striking female vocals and intricate guitar melodies. AJ & The Woods released their first self titled EP in 2017 and their first full length album “Stay Steady” in August 2022. They organically blend passionate folk, rock, and blues to bring you one of the most unique and articulate sounds to date.
