Join our New Horizon’s Orchestra Program for their May concert!
The New Horizons Program was started at the Eastman School of Music in 1991 and now has more than 100 programs in the United States and Canada. BW’s New Horizons offers adults the opportunity to learn to play an instrument (strings, woodwind, brass or percussion). This is perfect for adults who have never had the opportunity to play an instrument or for those who played during their school days but have not had the opportunity since. We offer bands (beginning, intermediate and advanced levels), jazz band, string orchestras (beginning, intermediate and advanced levels) and chamber music ensembles. BW’s New Horizons Program is a partnership of the Community Music School, Institute for Learning in Retirement and the BW Music Education Department.
