The youth honors wind ensemble program provides talented young musicians who play woodwind, brass and percussion instruments with opportunities to expand and strengthen their musical skills and knowledge. The ensembles are designed to be supplemental to area school programs, and it is expected that all members play in their own school ensembles, where they exist. In addition, members are encouraged to participate in as many school musical activities as possible to increase their playing experience.
