Two immersive documentaries originally shot in 70mm IMAX! The Oscar-nominated Dolphins is an underwater romp with humankind’s favorite frolicsome, super-intelligent marine mammals. Locations range from the Bahamas’ dazzling coral reefs to the wind-swept seas off Patagonia. Pierce Brosnan narrates. Van Gogh (on which MacGillivray Freeman Films served as creative consultant) is an immersive journey through the later life and works of Vincent van Gogh. The film blends dazzling shots of real places and landscapes with close-up views of the paintings they inspired. “Provides the visceral thrill of seeing numerous masterworks by a painter in visually dazzling fashion.” –Hollywood Reporter. Cleveland revival premiere. DCP. Total 70 min. Special admission $13; members, CIA & CSU I.D. holders, and those age 25 & under $10. No passes. https://macgillivrayfreeman.com/films/
