TBC youth summer program begins June 12 to Aug 3rd for youth K-8th grade.
Annually TBC host a 8 week summer program for youth K- 8th grade Monday- Thursday. We are currently seeking application for children (5-13) mainly who live in the Mt Pleasant Community to participate in the summer program. The summer program will focus on literacy using every opportunity for children to enhance their learning skills in reading and math. The program will include coding and computer skills, gardening and cooking, music -voice and learning the violin , games and free play, arts and crafts. Weekly field trips to various places in Cleveland including the zoo, Music Hall of Fame ,Science and Art museums . In partnership with the Food Bank we will provide breakfast and lunch to the community. We will host a picnic on the Aug 3 in Garfield Metro Parks , the last day of the summer program and youth to share what they have learned during the 8 weeks with parents and grand parents.

The 8 weeks ends in the park with family. This is a intergenerational event with the TBC seniors program some may be grand parents of the youth in the program. Food and music and free play for the children.
