Families who have experienced the death of a loved one are welcome to process grief reactions together amongst a free-roaming herd culminating in a co- and self-regulatory sensorimotor practice.
This workshop is open to the public and specifically for grieving families. Registration is on a first come first serve basis as space is limited. The workshop will combine art making or movement with the Eagala model of Equine Therapy off-site. The combination of these therapies helps participants gain a hands-on understanding of themselves, trauma, grief reactions, mind-body connection, and learn new coping skills. You will participate in therapeutic art-making and interact with horses without riding them.
