Buck Out Cleveland is reimagining its annual Halftime Showcase experience by adding an intimate HBCU dance workshop element. First, the city-wide dance showcase will bring together youth dancers from all over the Northeast Ohio area. Neighborhood dance teams, including those housed at Buck Out Cleveland, will have the opportunity to display their skills to the broader community while also gaining meaningful performance experience during the showcase.

The showcase also serves as an opportunity for youth to connect with resource vendors with information pertinent to success including colleges, scholarship resources, and other similar support services. Dance teams typically consist of 10 to 20 students led by current and professional dancers and HBCU dance alumni. In addition to the showcase, the weekend will include an HBCU dance workshop with current collegiate dance coaches and dancers.
