Spotlights Theater presents Puffs, A Comedic Parody

The Broadview Heights Spotlights’ first show of the year will be Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic.  This comedic parody by Matt Cox is set in the world of a certain Magical Boy Wizard who went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs… who just happened to be there too. It is a tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.

The Spotlights presented a special limited run of this show in 2019 and has chosen to remount it to kickoff its 2022 season. The show is directed by Daniel Hunsicker, stage managed by Victoria Kirgesner, and co-produced by Stephanie Malfara and Tim Anderson. The cast includes Tara Corkery, Michael Emery Fox, Richie Gagen, Brian O. Jackson, Kayleigh Joyce, Andrew Keller, Cait McNeal, Venchise Glenn-Phillips, Sarah Price, Joe Soriano, and Hannah Storch.

The show will run from March 4 – 13:  7:30PM on Fridays and Saturdays and 3:00PM on Sundays.  Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for seniors and students and may be purchased at www.broadview-heights-spotlights.org.  The show contains adult themes and strong language and is not recommended for children.
