Ballet for adults aged 18 and older. This class is the perfect way to have fun, make new friends, and learn a new skill! No previous dance experience is required.
Ballet is a classical form of dance with a codified syllabus and unique terminology. Adult ballet strengthens posture and body placement, increases flexibility, and allows adults to exercise in a fun, graceful way.
Adult Ballet runs on a special 6-week session to accommodate our busy adult members. Adult Ballet winter session will run from January 10 – February 18, 2022.
