This is the time to deepen your self-awareness and skill set; to practice in community, how to walk your talk in service of creating a better world where you are–here and now.

This 2.5-day equity, diversity and inclusion learning experience provides a highly engaging, knowledge and skill-based learning and development opportunity that enables participants to understand:

–How to use self for catalyzing change
–How to assess and act on opportunities for supporting individuals, groups and larger human systems across race and other dimensions of diversity, and
–How to have high impact in co-creating organizational and systemic equity based on your social identity location in the societal hierarchy.

This virtual laboratory learning experience is useful for community organizers, educators, civic leaders and social practice artists interested in nurturing effective strategies for change.
