Ten days of Jewish-themed films presented as a hybrid festival with in-person, drive-in and virtual film events.
The Mandel JCC’s Cleveland Jewish FilmFest will present a diverse selection of international full-length films, documentaries and shorts from October 14-24, 2021. a TV series will also be available to view virtually. Select films are followed by audience dialogue facilitated by artists and experts associated with the film.
Films will be shown in various formats including in-person at the Murch Auditorium at the Museum of Natural History and the Cedar Lee Theatre. Two drive-in film events will take place at the Mandel Jewish Community Center in Beachwood. The remaining films will be presented virtually and will be available to stream for 48 hours.
Masks are required for all indoor events and seating capacity is limited to allow for social distancing.
The Cleveland Jewish FilmFest is one of a handful of niche film festivals held annually in Cleveland and is considered a major event in the Jewish community. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the festival.
Tickets are available online at: www.mandeljcc.org/filmfest. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available to purchase at the door. Virtual tickets are per household, Drive-in tickets are per car and in-person tickets are per individual.
