This community event is a mix of adventure, art and community involvement. We need you to join us to make it a success. We love to be scared by them, pretend to hunt them and be them. Share your Zombie love with YAC!
Zombiepalooza Schedule so far
8am-9:45am Vendor set up
10am-6pm Vendors open
10am-11:30am Fairview Park PTA/YAC family activities in gallery area.
11:30am Family & individual costume recognition
12pm Fairview Park PTA Costume Parade begins
12pm -6pm Zombie Face painting available
1:30pm-2:30pm Zombie Yoga in gallery area
2:30pm Dollars for Dares begins (winners announced at 6pm)
2:45pm-3:15 Author will be reading excerpts from her new book. (Zombie unicorns and stuff)
5pm Zombie Dance Practice
6:15pm Zombie Dance the Horde will gather and dance to Michaels Jackson’s Thriller. Don’t know the steps? No worries, just follow our Zombie dance leader.
6:30pm Zombie Horde takes to the street and walk down Lorain Rd. We will be making our way down the sidewalk. Remember it will be dark so be sure to wear something reflective, light-colored clothing or use lights or LED strips to make yourself visible for safety as well as to draw attention to the horde.
It is free to join us. Wear your best zombie or zombie hunter attire you never know who you will meet. Any realistic looking weapons will be checked for orange tips. If they are not clearly marked they will not be permitted.

Something for every zombie will be on hand at Young’s Art Center. The Fairview Park PTA will be helping with morning family friendly activities and will have a costume parade. There will be zombie make-up artists on hand to help with your look. Zombie Yoga will be a unique experience you won’t want to miss any of the artists and vendors they are sure to have things you don’t even know you need. Vendors will close at 6pm so they can join the horde as we dance to Michael Jackson’s Thriller and then take an evening stroll down Lorain road.
