Centennial Soiree Series: Astronomy: The Science of the Stars

Centennial Soiree Series: Astronomy: The Science of the Stars

Presented by Cleveland Museum of Natural History at Cleveland Museum of Natural History

Celebrate the Cleveland Museum of Natural History’s 100 years of discovery in a unique and engaging way with the Centennial Soirée Series. In honor of the summer solstice, the first soirée will allow guests to explore astronomy and enjoy dinner in the Museum’s newly redesigned courtyard. The evening will feature a lively discussion with the Museum’s astronomy experts, Jason Davis, Peter Hedman, and Nick Anderson. Guests will also have the chance to experience live planetarium shows and, weather permitting, stargaze in the observatory.

The soirée will include a unique four-course dinner designed and prepared by Aaron Coon, executive chef of Zack Bruell Events, with wine pairings developed by wine expert Greg Miller, DipWSET. The special menu can be adjusted to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free or vegan.

The mostly outdoor event will be limited to 50 guests, will seat members of the same households at individual tables, and will follow all other COVID safety protocols.
