Let’s Talk Sustainability: Earth Day Panel

Let’s Talk Sustainability: Earth Day Panel

Presented by Shaker Historical Society at Online/Virtual Space

How do I dispose of single-use compostable cutlery? Are any of my take-out containers recyclable? How can I reduce waste? How can I become more sustainable?

This Earth Day, let’s talk about sustainability in our community! With the rise in single-use products during the pandemic, many efforts to increase and maintain sustainability have been more difficult to achieve. Join us April 22 at 6pm on Facebook Live or Zoom (register at https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJUudumrrDkvHNcOdAXoLGU00mr6iEZpD70S) for a discussion with community organizations about how we all can become more sustainable. Do you have a question you would like to ask the panel? Please email education@shakerhistory.org

Panelists include:

Kelly Baker – Shaker Heights Public Works Deptartment
Michael Peters – Shaker Heights Sustainability Coordinator
Mike Vehar – 3-19 Coffee
