Art Helps and Heals Open Art Studio provides a variety of opportunities for adults managing severe mental illness, and the additional anxiety and isolation brought on by the pandemic , to experiment with art tools and create artwork to express emotion.   Participants are provided with Art Kits for home use and facilitated art groups are offered by phone and on Zoom.  Client-artists receive one-to-one encouragement to try artistic methods of self-expression.
