Women Who Roar: A Panel on Roaring Women Writers

Women Who Roar: A Panel on Roaring Women Writers

Presented by Maltz Museum at Online/Virtual Space

Since at least the time of Sappho, women have used words to record their stories, subvert conventions and create worlds. Join some of our region’s own most exciting literary academics, including Dr. Gabrielle Bychowski of Case Western Reserve University, Denise Harrison of Kent State University, and Dr. Lisa Nielson of Case Western Reserve University, as they speak about the work and legacies of women writers who roar. Karen R. Long, manager of the Anisfield-Wolf Book Awards at the Cleveland Foundation, will moderate.
