Reader Series: Two Books on Ruth Bader Ginsburg – My Own Words

Presented by Maltz Museum at Online/Virtual Space

Join attorney Karen Giffen, co-founder of the law firm Giffen and Kaminski and frequent author and presenter on women and diversity, for a two-book reader’s series that ends with free tickets to the Maltz Museum’s special exhibition, Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg on view at the Maltz Museum February 24 through August 29, 2021.

We will read and discuss My Own Words which “showcases Ruth Ginsburg’s astonishing intellectual range” (The New Republic). In this collection Justice Ginsburg discusses gender equality, the workings of the Supreme Court, being Jewish, law and lawyers in opera, and the value of looking beyond US shores when interpreting the US Constitution.
