REVIVE: Restoring Live Performance 6 FT APART

Making space for dance performance has never been more important than now. Throughout the world, the performing arts has come to a standstill, due to shuttered theaters and shutdowns prohibiting performances due to Covid-19. As we slowly and safely bring dance back to the stage for live performances, TMP has safely and responsibly put together an evening of works titled REVIVE: Restoring Live Performance 6 Ft Apart. Join us as we warmly welcome live dance back to the stage April 16th & 17th at the historic Pilgrim Church in Tremont at 8:00 pm.

To ensure the safety of all our patrons, performers and staff, TMP has created a responsible evening of works to be enjoyed in a distant setting. Below is how the evenings events will unfold.

For each night, there will be 3 performance spaces with no more than 16 patrons in each space. When patrons purchase their tickets, they will be divided into 3 groups to determine which performance space they will start in and what time they are to arrive for check-in to ensure social distancing.

Group 1 (Theatre) Arrival/Check-In: 7:20 – 7:30 pm
Group 2 (Sanctuary) Arrival/Check-In: 7:30 – 7:40 pm
Group 3 (Studio) Arrival/Check-In: 7:40 – 7:50 pm

When you arrive during your 10 minute window (face mask mandatory to enter building), patrons will go through a contactless check-in process where they will complete a Covid-19 Symptom & Temperature Intake Form prior to admittance. Anyone who is unable to meet all safety requirements will be asked to leave. All Group 1 (2,3) patrons will then be escorted in a socially distant manor to their 6 feet apart assigned seats in the theatre (sanctuary, studio).

Once all 3 groups are seated, the performance will begin at 8:00 pm. Patrons will stay in their first space for 30 minutes of dance viewing. Next patrons will be escorted to the next space to view the next series of dances. As patrons are traveling to the next space. A 10 minute pause will be in place for staff to sanitize all seating and high traffic areas prior to patrons entering the space. This process will repeat until each group has seen all 3 performances.

Following the final space, patrons will be escorted to the exit in staggered times to ensure social distancing.

To limit patron & staff interactions, tickets will only be sold online via pre-sale, which ends April 15th at 11:00 pm.
Covid-19 Safety Protocols:

FACE MASKS REQUIRED – ALL patrons, staff, volunteers and performers are required to wear a mask at all times upon entering Pilgrim Church (NO EXCEPTIONS).

DESIGNATED ARRIVAL TIMES – Patrons will received a designated arrival time to ensure social distancing is maintained during check-in and throughout the evening.

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS & TEMPERATURE INTAKE FORM – Upon arrival all patrons, staff & performers must complete a Covid-19 Symptoms & Temperature Intake Form. Anyone exhibiting symptoms or recent exposure to someone Covid-19 positive must leave the facilities immediately.

LIMITED SEATING & AUDIENCE SIZE – Audience seating will be spaced 6 feet apart to ensure all patrons maintain 6 feet of social distancing at all times during the evening. In addition, the performance will be split into 3 spaces to limit audience size to no more that 16 patrons per space. Each space will be sanitized between use. Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the building for patrons to use throughout the evening.
