The Cleveland History Center (CHC) in University Circle, the headquarters of the Western Reserve Historical Society (WRHS), will reopen for public visits beginning Friday, February 5, 2021 at 10:00 am with the Grand Opening of Women and Politics | Empowered to Vote, Empowered to Lead presented by PNC Bank. Women and Politics allows guests to explore the experiences and significant contributions of women of all races and backgrounds in the long and complicated struggle for voting rights.

The Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum, Cleveland Starts HereĀ®, sponsored by the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation, and Carl and Louis Stokes Making History will also be open to the public.

The Cleveland History Center, in University Circle, will be open Fridays & Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with the first hour reserved daily for at-risk visitors. Advance timed tickets are required for all guests with the final ticket sold at 3pm. Tickets are available at cletix.com.

The reopen plan places the highest priority on the health and safety of guests, volunteers, and employees, and includes requirements for face masks, no contact transactions, advance timed-entry ticket sales, increased access to sanitizing stations, enhanced cleaning protocols, physical distancing signage, and more.

WRHS monitors daily guidance from the City of Cleveland, State of Ohio, and CDC. Please note that Visitor Guidelines, public hours, and museum operations are subject to change as the COVID19 pandemic continues. Information will be available at www.wrhs.org and @clestartshere.
