You can sign-up for one or all of these sessions. Pre-registration is required for each session of Breathe, Relax, Create.
Source your own art materials from home or purchase an art kit to pick-up or have mailed to you before the session of your choice. Please follow the links under each session below to purchase individual art kits or purchase Art Kits for all four Breathe, Relax, Create sessions for a reduced rate of $25.
Please note that these are virtual art therapy sessions, not in-person. After you register for your desired session we will send instructions on how to join closer to the event date.
