Under the guidance of muralist Mary K Thomas, our students created a beautiful mural to display at Changing Lives Ministries. Iowa Maple School recently closed permanently, so we are excited to leave a wonderful legacy! We will have refreshments, music and games. This is during our Care-A-Van wellness event which will include food education, health screenings, resources and moer! We will also do a little gardening in the Learning Garden! This outdoor event is open to all! Social distancing observed and masks encouraged for youth (adults, please have them!). Let’s celebrate the legacy our students are leaving in their community!
