Have you ever wanted to learn dances like you see in your favorite shows and movies? Musical Theatre Dance is the perfect experience for you! In this high energy and joyful new study dancers will learn exhilarating choreography in the style of some fan favorite shows including Aladdin, Mean Girls, SpongeBob Squarepants the Musical, Mary Poppins and Hairspray! Young dancers will get to explore the stylizations, techniques, and artistic qualities that it takes to pull off these popular dance scenes.

Mid-session, we will have a Zoom call with a recent BW Music Theatre graduate who is now playing a lead role on Broadway! This Broadway star will talk about what it is like to work on Broadway, how they prepare for shows, and will do a Q&A with the students. CAS UNBOXED brings the quality arts programs you expect from Baldwin Wallace University’s Community Arts School straight to your home! Virtual classes are led by expert BW CAS faculty and are specifically designed for an online, 5-week format.
