"Bazooka Blasts" Luke Easter Via Zoom

Presented by Baseball Heritage Museum at Online/Virtual Space

This presentation discusses the career and life of Luke Easter who was described as strong, courageous and beloved as a player and as a man. Some even went so far as to opine that they could not think of anyone who would have had a better slugging career if he could have played 10-15 years in his prime. His home runs were called ‘bazooka blasts’ by the legendary Cleveland Indians broadcaster Jack Graney.
