The annual Bratwurstessen – a gemütlich evening filled with Bavarian cultural activities – presented by Schuhplattler und Trachtenverein Bavaria.
A plated bratwurst and schnitzel dinner is served from 5:30 – 7:00 pm.
Dinner is followed by an intricately produced, culturally accurate performance by STV Bavaria Schuhplattlers (dancers) and Saengergruppe (singers). The show is an hour in length and weaves among singers, adult and children dancers. We integrate the 3 types of dances (courtship, occupational, and plattler [shoe-slapping]) into the show.
Madel Jager will play after the performance for your dancing and listening pleasure.
