Painting and drawing workshop for K-6
This workshop is designed for elementary aged students in kindergarten through the sixth grade who love art and want to have fun expanding their artistic abilities in color theory through drawing and painting . They will learn new technical skills as they create three pieces of art filled with color! We will be making an oil pastel drawing that explores warm and cool colors as well as the technique of color blending. Wooden letters painted in a bright and imaginative color pallet will be our second project and accordion animals which will explore the idea of color schemes will be the 3rd.
Registration is $65.00 per artist, for a 4 hour Workshop, all materials needed for 3 projects, and lunch.
